What boomers want is very interesting article.
Those that purchased these monster tract home McMansions will be stuck in these homes for many years to come. With the new lending standards, move up people now with no substantial equity in existing homes for downpayments and generation X that would be considered move up buyers do not aspire nor define thier status by purchasing these monsters does not bode well for people now stuck in these homes for lack of a buyer pool.
Anyone that bought this stuff have got to be feeling they made a huge mistake.
