Yep housing is continuing to head down.

Here is a 17 hours old new MLS listing for a tract home McMansion foreclosure, actually it is a new price because I have seen this foreclosure before. It sports a relatively modest 3800 sq ft.

ON MLS: M1322064 as of 17 hours ago asking $329,900.00

Purchased: 7/2006 for $850,000.00

How does $330K asking price affect the adjacent ones.

Purchased: 3/2005 for $535K
Purchased: 11/2002 for $431K, this is another foreclosure and it too is owned by the exact same bank. WOW!

These tract home McMansions are absolutely getting pounded.

Oh my my!

2500 sq ft Max.

Nice home, I remember when it sold for $1.2Mil, I lived very nearby and it dashed our hopes of having a really nice waterfront.
I expect it will now need to drop into the $500's to sell.
