I saw that one too, they live in Port St Lucie, so it does look like a failed flip.
They should have dumped it in 2005 for a nice profit.
Here is a tract home Mcmansion foreclosure with a major price reduction. From the pictures of this foreclosure on the MLS, it looks like you have to bring your own appliances, countertops, faucets etc, because there aren't any.
