We recently got an email from the local used house salesman company. what is significant is the following "we have qualified buyers but there remains a disconnect between what buyers are willing to pay and what sellers are willing to accept". imagine that. perhaps sellers are suffering from "ed" ego and or debt?

Here is a recent MLS (21 hours ago) tract home McMansion with a major loss. This one sports a rather modest 3750 sq ft.
ON MLS: M1358621 asking $600K
Purchased: 3/2007 for $973K

This is already a $373K loss at a $600K asking price...but the property appraiser says market is $484K. Is it possible to find a buyer willing to pay $600K?
