Glad your are back Ms J. Well here is the latest tract McMansion taking a major price whupping. This baby sports a rather modest 3778 sq ft.
Purchased: 6/2007 for $928K. I am not kidding over 900K for 3778 sq ft tract home brand new from the builder.

How does a $450K asking price affect the adjacent.

Here is our latest tract home McMansion with a major price pounding. I looked at this price and could not believe it. A member of the $700K loss club.

Purchased: 5/2006 for $1.3 million brand new frpm the builder. I am not kidding, $1.3 million for a tract home. However, this baby is sportin' it at an impressisve 5200 sq ft.
