Here is our public available information regarding the tract home McMansion of the day.

Same MO...almost, paid way way too much, but this time it is on the MLS for $100.00 less than the price paid in 2/2007. I guess you can always hope there is at least one village idiot that has not "received the memo". Good luck with that...!

ON MLS: D1348849 as of 9 hours ago for $729,900.00

Purchased: 2/2007 for $730,000.00

There is also some quit claim antics going on.

The house next door seems to have some problems.

Again, this is publicly available information regarding our 3rd tract home McMansion of the day. Actually, you cannot make this stuff up.....

We have hit the jackpot today, with a 3rd tract home McMansion of the day. It is good to save the best for last. This baby tops out better than 4800 sq ft.

ON MLS: M1326528 as of 5 hours ago for $519K

Purchased: 6/2006 brand new from the builder at the height of the bubble for $1,051,900.00. That is correct over $1 million.

It makes the $500K loss club immediately.

The house next door thought they got a great deal on the foreclosure at $650K

Same size house now for $519K.

Ouch!

2500 sq ft Max.

Wow, they bought a foreclosure a year ago for $650k and today the home next door is available for $150k less.
The 'catch a falling knife' theory in action.
Ouch!
