Great articles, it's starting to look like a S Fla bottom might not be found until well into 2010 or 2011.
My attitude last fall was wait till this spring/summer, and take the housing market pulse.
It looks to me like it's still a good time to sit back, and wait till Nov and check the patients pulse once again.
I won't be shocked to see LHP/Deerfield Beach/Lauderdale waterfronts drop to $300's to $400's, before it's over.
We are already seeing some at these levels.
Just my humble opinion, and .02 cents.
This and $3.00 will get you a cup of coffee. lol
