Best to stick to publicly available information, it cannt be refuted.
These lawsuits are about reporting of "false" information. As in the case of this lady in the article claiming that customer information was comprimised.

I remember when I was a kid, there was a fervor of fear about people who owned swimming pools getting sued.
Looking back, I wonder how many of these 'law suits' are intentionally generated by Insurance Companies so people will then buy the Insurance they provide.
I notice every one of these articles fits the 'problem, reaction, solution' formula.
The solution? Buy Insurance. 'roll eyes'
I agree with 2500, posting publicly available info is the safe road.
