We consistantly see 50% off on the foreclosures so assuming a bank asking price of $435K, how does that affect the ajacent properties.
Purchased: 11/2006 for $1,037,100.00 (yes, that is correct, over 1 million)
Purchased: 12/2006 for $935,400.00
