My experience with lawyers has been less then stellar being married to one in my youth and being severely taken advantage of because I was young and vunerable and then he married my best friend.
What I have, I have earned myself, lived within my means, struggled for more than 50 years, saved and never cheated anyone out of anything,ever !! It isnt much, but I dont want to have to end up giving it to some lawyer. Therefore I am at an empasse as of right now as to the future of this blog.

2500, I agree totally.
Probably the best thing that ever happened to me was being sued a couple of times.
The first time I put myself through hell, mentally and emotionally, but the second time was much easier, having been through it.
These cases are soooo rare, most courts won't even seriously consider them.
That's like the multi million $$ McDonalds hot coffee case.
I have better odds playing the Lottery, and I personally believe that's rigged as well.
I get so tired of the constant state of terror we live under any more. I guess it's one of the perks of living a long time, you can compare todays world with one 50 years ago, and the differences are striking.
I still marvel when I see a rugger go down the street on his bike with a helmet on. lol
HOW did we ever get out of adolescence alive?
I didn't dare go home and complain about a teacher paddling me in school, unless I wanted my but blistered at home.
I'm so traumatized!!! lol
